Lu Hui, Chief Physician of Plastic Surgery at China-Japan Friendship Hospital, has been engaged in aesthetic plastic surgery since 1987. He began using ePTFE in 1997 and has had no cases of ePTFE infection to date.

Biography

Lu Hui has been engaged in plastic and aesthetic surgery for more than 20 years and has performed tens of thousands of surgeries. He completed fellowship training in plastic surgery at the University of Tokyo Hospital, Japan. He specializes in hyaluronic acid wrinkle reduction and botulinum toxin aesthetic treatments, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, mandibular angle reduction surgery, and small-incision rhytidectomy. He is also skilled in aesthetic surgery using expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) implants and has invented a method to prevent postoperative infection after ePTFE implantation and a double nasal augmentation device rhinoplasty technique.
